If you require discontinued or hard-to-find equipment and spare parts, we are your experts to find them.
How we work for you:
- We investigate your needs in very detail. We make sure we are looking for the equipment, material or services that you need.
- We contact the OEM but also equipment dealers, trading platforms, system integrators, special sales agents, end users and others.
- We seek for multiple sources in order to secure a competitive price and best delivery time.
- We check the exportability and arrange the needful incl. BAFA approval, customs tarrifs and tax regulation.
- We check costs for material test certificates, bank guaranty, inspection, packing and most suitable mode of transportation and agreed Incoterms.
- We feed our modern and professional ERP system with all relevant data. This system is accessable for revisions even if we are out of station.
- We provide our techno commercial proposal or alternative documents as per your standards.
- We provide all required documents for your technical aproval.
- We stand-by for any question you have or further assistance. We offer communication channels incl. video conference.
- In case of an order we take care about the purchase, delivery time, quality control, inspection, certificates, export, packing and shipment.
- You will receive ERP-generated documents such as quotation, revisions, delivery notes, invoice, credit note, etc.
- We follow-up with you and stand-by for anything related to this job or future requirements.
